Rynek Underground

The exhibition "Following the traces of European identity of Krakow"  is presented in the Rynek Underground branch of the Historical Museum of the City of Krakow (Krakow, Rynek Główny 1. The Market Underground is a museum under the Main Market Square in Krakow, which contains the remains of Krakow from centuries ago. Most of the museum consists of fragments of Old Krakow that have been excavated. You can use an interactive way of exploring that allows you to better understand the content. You will be divided into two groups.The first one gathers in front of the entrance to the museum at 16.45 (entrance at 17.00), the second at 17.15 (entrance at 17.30). 30 minutes between the groups you can spend on small shopping in the Sukiennice Clothhall or walking around the Main Square. Getting to the museum – on foot, about 500 m from the Bagatela tram stop. Please ask the organizers about tickets for the tram on the AGH Bagatela route if needed. The tour supervisor is Professor Marek Karkula AGH. After the tour, from 19.00 we meet for dinner at the Gościnna Chata Restaurant - 10 Sławkowska Street, Krakow - 300 meters walk from the Rynek Underground Museum.

Vodka Museum Factory - Ragarding the low interest the trip was canceled

The Polish Vodka Museum is the only such place in the world and is a very important element of Polish culture. It is also one of the inherent, world-wide known, attributes of Polish. The Museum is almost 1,100 m2 of space to explore.

The purpose of Polish Vodka Museum creation is to present the history, tradition and place of Polish vodka in today’s world. It is also a care to emphasize the importance of the distillery industry to maintain its distinctive character, the production method and therefore the quality of the product itself.
